The LogHawk LH-KG1600 is a large-size electromagnetic full-automatic cutter grinder engineered to handle longer and heavier blades that exceed the capacity of standard models. With a maximum grinding length of 2200 mm and an enlarged worktable measuring 2270 × 180 (200) mm, this machine is purpose-built for operations that process oversized planer blades, extended guillotine knives, and other long-format cutting tools.
Like the LH-KG1500, the LH-KG1600 features an electromagnetic worktable that secures the blade without manual clamping, enabling fully automatic grinding cycles. The 3 kW grinding spindle motor maintains consistent cutting performance across the full 2200 mm blade length, while the reciprocating mechanism operates at approximately 14 m/min to deliver uniform surface finish and precise geometry.
This model is particularly suited for large-scale board processing factories, veneer mills, and printing operations that routinely sharpen blades exceeding 1600 mm in length.
